Place An Order

When you order wines through Northwest Cellars, you'll find that customizing your own personal wine is a simple, delicious, and rewarding endeavor. We feel it is important for all our customers to know what to expect when ordering.

The first step is to fill out your contact information and select your wines.

We use three wine shops in the Seattle area to collect and distribute the wine. If you like, you may specify which shop. Next you should expect a call from the selected wine shop to confirm the order, to collect payment information, and arrange for the wines to be shipped or prepared for pick up.

You then get to make the wine amazing by creating the label. Send in artwork and photos, or relay specifications for label design and we will take it from there. Northwest Cellars and its designers will customize your designed label, and send it to you for approval. Once we have the go ahead, we begin production of the labels and personalize the wines. The wine is delivered to the shop and ready for you to enjoy at your event.

Please email any wine label artwork (e.g., photo, logo) along with the text you want on your personalized wine label to artwork@northwestcellars.com and one of our designers will contact you. If you prefer to complete the design yourself, please provide the finished wine label as an attachment to your email. Please refer to our Wine Label Artwork Specifications.
